Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Meerkat Web Design Limited and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

All overdue invoices will include the following fixed-rate fees inline with the total invoice amount due.
Up to £999.99 - £40.00 fee
£1000.00 - £9999.99 - £70.00 fee
Over £10,000 - £100.00 fee

All overdue invoices will include the following Statutory Interest fees. This is 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business to business transactions.
